There is a 50% deposit due on all orders.
We gladly accept Visa or Mastercard.
An official bank check made payable to
Sequins of New York is also accepted.
If payment is made with a business or personal check, your order will be processed once your check has cleared.
There is no return or refund on any costume so please review your size, color specifications and design. Once you have signed the design approval form, it cannot be changed.Please note that design pricing options are per costume.
Minimal shipping charges will apply to all orders.
Express shipping is available upon request.
We charge the exact amount of the shipping company; UPS, USPS, FEDEX. We never overcharge for shipping.

Our costumes are hand sewn with quality sequins, Swarovski crystal rhinestones and genuine solid sequin fabrics. We never use the imitation type mini dot sequin fabric. We always use the highest quality ostrich, turkey, and marabou feathers in the industry. Our bodices are from Weissman, a leader in the dance attire industry and known for quality.
We knot all of our stitches when hand sewing each sequin to assure strength and durability. In some cases when removing the costume, the sequin may "flip" over as each sequin is stitched on individually, the sequin can easily be turned back over without damage.
All costumes are made to order and this is why we don't have several pages of photos with cookie cutter designs - we do have prototypes available for ideas and suggestions.
Each design is unique and never duplicated.
Approximate costume production time frame for solo costumes is 4 -6 weeks depending on the design. Please order early.
Please be assured that your costume production time frame will not exceed the limit above.
You may choose from one of our many exclusive designs or we will design a classic especially for you.
Your costume will be designed to compliment your dancer, music, and style of dance for a one time charge of $25.00 which will be credited to your final order.
When designing your own costume, you will have the option of a wide variety sequin, rhinestone, feather, and accessory choices.
A diagram of your design will be sketched and each letter on the design will represent a color for fabric, sequin, stone, etc. for your approval before the costume goes into production stage.
Our costumes arrive complete and ready to wear, not in pieces for you to assemble.
